Applicant information will only be shared where reasonably necessary to facilitate recruitment opportunities and related employment activities.

7. AI-ASSISTED MATCHING AND JOB MATCH SCORES

Careers Hub may use automated technologies and artificial intelligence tools to assist with Job Match Scores.

These tools are designed to assist client Companies with their applicant review process. Careers Hub does not make fully automated hiring decisions and does not automatically reject Applicants. All recruitment decisions remain the responsibility of the Company.

8. DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Retention periods may vary depending upon:

• Recruitment activity
• Legal requirements
• Regulatory obligations
• Legitimate business needs

Where data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
